There is the description for Tj(max) in CAUTION (p.14 in the datasheet) "The maximum junction temperature, TJ(max) listed in the Absolute Maximum Ratings, is an additional limitation to prevent damage to the device." but never found the value in the datasheet. Could you fix it?
