After using the SN74LVC2G74DCTR, some individual chips were damaged. The phenomena are as follows: 1 After power-on, the standby current of the broken controller is significantly higher than that of a normal controller. Under a 12V power supply, it is about 50mA higher. One of the broken ones is even higher, approximately 60mA(12V). The chip is powered by 5V. 2. Power-off measurement revealed that all pins of the chip except pin 3 had a short circuit to ground. The resistance to ground is below 500Q; 3. Replace the damaged chip on the motherboard with a good one of the same model. The fault disappears and the function returns to normal. What could be the possible causes of the above problems?
