LSF0108: What is the deviation in propagation delay among different channels of LSF0108

In our usage, the VREFA is 1.2V, and the VREFB is 3.3V. I would like to know the maximum skew in propagation delay between the eight channels of the device in the A-B and B-A directions.

[FAQ] What is the difference in timing between gates in the same device? How much skew is expected within a given logic device? What is the part-to-part skew?

The link you provided mentioned three levels, so is LSF0108 CMOS, BICMOS, or TTL?

Hi Yanggang,

That would be CMOS, however you may use 1ns as worst case approximation.
