I'm trying to figure out what the allowable operating junction temperature is for CD74ACT245 or what is the allowable power dissipation at the maximum allowable ambient of 125C. thanks

Hi Judy,

I am a bit confused by your question. As long as junction temp does not exceed the max (150C), the device should be fine.
