Abs max on data sheet only shows storage temperature (max of 150C). What is the abs max operating DIE temperature (not ambiant package)?

What parameter exactly is the customer looking for when they say max die temperature?

Hi Josh,

The table above shows thermal impedance... they want the ABS MAX Operating die temperature. This is typically 150C, but I need confirmation for the -EP variant.

Hello Richard,

The max die temperature will be the same as the storage temperature, 150C.

[FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?
