Which model do i need to choose on my level shifter ibis file? I only see one terminal on my ibis file in ADS.
Would also appreciate help in simulating using the spice model.

@Jack Guan, thank you. But when I try to import the ibis model for LSF0101 as an ibis component in ADS I do not see the models mentioned on the other post. ...
Could you please let me know if there's a specific way I should import this ibis file ?

The generic component can be used, and then once you import the IBIS model, the appropriate pinouts should auto-populate:

It is suggested to have the Series switch enabled to "ON" to simulate the device as a switch behavior additionally:

Since the LSF-type translators is comprised of passive FETs, the IO model should be selected depending on the voltage that output signal is being translated to. For example, if 1.8V to 3.3V simulation is desired, LSF0101_IO_33_S should be used to observe 3.3V output behavior. If the output side voltage is 1.8V, the LSF0101_IO_18_S model may be used to observe 1.8V output behavior.

Thanks for the reply. I don't see the model you mentioned in my ibis file after importing into the ADS generic IBIS component. I'm using the one I got here -
(https://www.ti.com/product/LSF0101#design-tools-simulation ) under Design and simulation. Am I supposed to be using something else ? For reference I have attached the models I see below for your reference.

Are you importing using generic component or something else? Is there another computer/ desktop to evaluate? I would also recommend prototyping with the https://www.ti.com/tool/LSF-EVM for more accurate representation of the device in your system setup.
