CD4094B: Timing characteristics at VDD = 3.3V

Hi All,

I have a question about the CD4094B.

The customer plans to use it with VDD = 3.3V.
The datasheet does not contain information on the timing characteristics (setup/hold time, etc.) at VDD = 3.3V.
Do you have any information on this?
If not, please tell me how to estimate it from the datasheet.
