Part Number: SN74AUC07
Hi, the SN74AUC07RGYR datasheet specifies an operating temperature of 85C. We are running thermal simulations where we can simulate the junction temperature of this part, but the board temperature is above 85C. Is there any specification for the max operating junction temperature for this part?
