Hi Team,
We are observing a failure in providing the clock from the D-Flipflop. After running for 3 hours, when the temperature increases beyond 40C, it stops providing the clock from the output.
Our application is to get the clock from the clock buffer and distribute it to 8 ADCs. The input pins are connected to the FPGA, which always pulls the pin high to ensure the clock is provided. After a power reset, it resumes providing the clock. Please note that the input-side clock signals are still present during the failure.
