To whom it may concern:
I understand that for part number SN74LVTH244ARGYR , max Ta is 85 degC. However, max Tj is not declared anywhere in the datasheet tho I understand it is subject to 125 degC for HTOL (is this Tj?) and survived. Given that it survived the HTOL test with 0 failures, if we were to use this component not at its maximum power dissipation, could it be possible for the operating max Ta to be slightly higher? Thanks.
