CD4040B: CD4040BF vs. CD4040BF3A

Part Number: CD4040B

CD4040BF vs. CD4040BF3A - what is the exact meaning of this suffix or the better: what is the difference between them both? Due to TI´s data sheet suffix "F3A" is standing for a "16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic package..." - but later then CD4040B is written as CD4040BF and described as the same? (16-lead hermetic dual-in-line ceramic package). So what is the effective difference between CD4040BF and CD4040BF3A?

Cheers
