Do you have an equivalent device to TXS0102DCTR compoenent which is radiation tolerant ? If not will you be able to produce such radiation tolerant device and at what cost ?

Can you please provide me a quote for producing such radiation tolerant device.

Clive, we do not have a radiation tolerant version of this device or one similar.
Our marketing team was reaching out to you through the field sales teams to contact you. I am uncertain if this has occurred.
These devices have not been evaluated for radiation performance, and their inherent performance is unknown.
Do you have estimated volumes and timeline? This may help accelerate a feasibility study.

For now the total estimated radiation dose is 0.1 kRad and 2.5*10^10 charged particles/cm2.

Clive,
I am not sure how to translate this requirement. We typically only characterize and test for a TID rating and SEL rating. The TID rating is usually in the 50k to 100krad(si) range. SEL immunity usually around 60 to 85MeV.
We will need to understand your requirements better before we can assess any feasibility.
I would speculate that 100rad is of no concern. Poor performing devices typically are 5-10kRad(si)

Clive, if you can provide some information on your charged particle requirement, we can possibly take a look.
However, I must warn you the release cycle for a radiation tolerant device is much longer than what you are asking for.
Class V would likely be about 1 year. Our newer space plastic flow will be somewhat quicker.
