SN74LS06: SN74LS06N Stays Low Output

Part Number: SN74LS06

Hi Team,

I am the same team member as he posted to this case.

After that, various investigations continued.

It was found that a current exceeding the transient rating flows in the SINK current of the IC at the ONOFF switching timing.

I would like to know the mechanism that leads to the behavior like this case by continuing the transient current.

Can you describe this phenomenon?

Best Regards,

Kenji
