I would like to enquire on power dissipation ratings & possibly junction temperature for SN74ACT533PWR. Are there other alternative/newer devices which is able to replace SN74ACT533PWR?

As for alternative/newer devices that will do the same thing as the SN74ACT533PWR, can you tell me what issue you are having with the SN74ACT533? What electrical characteristic do you want improvement on? Is there some concern about longevity?

Hi Emirys,
thanks for the links above. Reason i'm looking for alternative/newer devices is mainly because the age of the device. My customer is currently planning on reusing this device on their new design & end device will normally be sold in market for 7~10 years. I've yet to secure updates on any additional requirements from their end.

Hey Leo,
Our obsolescence policy is very good - if this is the right device for their application, then I would recommend using it.

The other options would be CD74HCT533 or SN74ABT533.
