I would to confirm that for the SN74AXC8T245 device, the B outputs are high impedance (tri-stated) when VCCB is powered with +3.3V while VCCA power is off, OE pin is tied to ground.

    Hi,

    As mentioned in the datasheet "The VCC isolation feature ensures that if either VCC input supply is below 100 mV, all level shifter outputs are disabled and placed into a high-impedance state." So by "power is off" you mean below 100mV then yes the outputs are placed into high impedance.
