Thermal parameter requirmement

Hi team,

Customer needs the thermal parameter of some devices for the simulation, but there are many missing data in datasheet I can't find.

Could you please kindly help to suggest?

Hi,

For all the logic devices, the Tj is 150C beyond which there will be reliability concerns.
As long as the recommended operating conditions are adhered to, there is no concerns on the Tjmax reaching 150C.
the operating Tj will be about 10-15C higher than the ambient temp under max loading conditions(Recommended Operating Conditions).

We dont specify the max case temperature itself. We do specify junction to case thermal value theta JC. I would imagine that the case temp is same as ambient temperature.
