Could you kindly let us know VIH/VIL value in 1.95~2.3V, 2.7~3V and 3.6~4.5V ?

Why  datasheet do not show it?

    I'm happy to help. Just FYI, you should know this is a recommended spec, not a measured electrical characteristic. I see many of our customers confusing VIH/VIL with thresholds -- there's even an FAQ on the topic here:

     

    Are you really using the device across the entire voltage range? I've never seen that, and would be interested to hear about the application where it's required.

    Here's a plot of the VIH/VIL values with the estimated threshold of Vcc/2 (typical to all CMOS devices):
