TXS0108E: Are the TXS0108E IO pins separately bidirectional?

Hello TI Team,

Are the I/O pins separately bidirectional, e.g. A1 > B1, A2 < B2, A3 > B3, etc.; or must all A > B switch direction?

The application is replacing a 3.3V IO chip with a FPGA that has 1.8V IO without redoing the rest of the PCB. FPGA IO frequency will be around 100KHz.
