Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AVC16T245, SN74AXC8T245, SN74AUC16244
Hi Team,
May I ask:
- What is the difference between SN74AVCH16T245 and SN74AVC16T245? Only the input voltage?
- Can SN74AVCH16T245 support VCCA=VCCB=1.2V?
Thanks!

Hi Team,
May I ask:
Thanks!
Hi,
As Clemens mentioned, the H refers to a bus-hold circuitry built into the device.
Can I also recommend using two of the SN74AXC8T245. This is an 8 bit version of the device but the AXC family is the newer and better version of the AVC family.
Yes you can do 1.2V to 1.2V however this is a border line condition for the AVC devices which is why I am recommending the AXC.
However if you are doing 1.2V to 1.2V, have you thought about just using a buffer instead of a voltage translator? Maybe SN74AUC16244?
Thanks!
