What is the SN74HCT125 input upper frequency?When I input a clk above 60MHz ,the output waveform is distorted.

The HCT family is rather old, and guarantees only 25 MHz (please note that MHz and Mbps are not the same thing). Consider using the SN74AHCT125 with 220 Mbps (110 MHz).
