2N7001T: How fast can this run? Can it really drive 50mA?

Part Number: 2N7001T

I would like to run up to 100Mbps and drive a 50 Ohm load powered at 3.3V preferably 1.8V.  The data sheet shows a typical input slew rate of 100ns/V which seems quite contradictory to the operational bit rate advertised.  The plots also seem to show an output current limitation of +/-12mA at 3.3V on the output buffer or +/-8mA at 1.8V on the output buffer.  I want to level shift a 100MHz 1.8V signal to 3.3V and drive a 50 Ohm receiver.  Is this IC capable of this or do I need to redesign.
