    Our team is looking into this information but it would take some time to find the information as the devices are pretty old.

    Can you help me understand why you need ESD information for all these parts? Are they being used for different applications?

    Thanks for the  mail.

    We are currently working with one of our manufacturing plant to collect ESD information.

                   

    Site: Zhuhai.

    Project : Intel.

    For your question, “why you need  ESD data”

    • For testing the parts w.r.t HBM (Human Body model), MM (Machine model), CDM (Charged Device Model) voltage levels, our site need this information.
