Hi,

Please check customer questions, thanks.

From datasheet, there's only Tstg and operating temperature.

1. What's the Tjunction, max? is that the same as Tstg=150C?

2. What's the Tcase, max?

3. The operating temp is -40C~85C, does that mean the recommended ambient temp range?

Hi Lynn,

I've posted the thermals table below for this device, I think the customer is asking for these values. As for question 3, that's correct. That is the recommended ambient temp.

Hi Chad,

Customer is not asking the value which already in datasheet. They wonder the maximum junction temp and the maximum case temp the device can handle. Datasheet didn't show the values. Can you help to check it? Thanks.
