LSF0102: Design Question

Part Number: LSF0102

Hi Team,

Another question about LSF0102.

What will be happen if we mistakenly short 5V power in LSF0102 pin6? Will LSF0102 be damaged?

We found LSF0102 pin3 keep 1.8V (5V on pin6 not go to pin3 thru LSF0102) when no I2C commands

LSF0102 pin3 cannot pull low (remain 1V) when have I2C commands

Could you please help to check if this is ok or not?

  • The absolute maximum rating of the channel current is 128 mA. With an on-resistance of about 10 Ω, this is reached with a voltage difference of 1.28 V.

So if there is 5 V at pin 6 while the device at pin 3 tries to pull low, the current can be exceeded, and the device can get damaged.
