Regarding the [Input transition rise or fall rate] on the Datasheet, is the measurement point 10% to 90% and 90% to 10% respectively?
And about all of the TI's logic devices, if there is no mention about the measurement point for the [Input transition rise or fall rate], is it 10% to 90% and 90% to 10%?
