SN74AVC4T774: SN74AVC4T774RSVR consuming high current

 Hi, For one of my project, we are using signal Level translator SN74AVC4T774RSVR (Convert signals from Camera to MSP432P401R). When we enable that LT,seeing high current consumption(it's around 7 to 8 mA) please find the related schematic and suggest how to reduce current.

Please find the below schematic for your reference.
Yes we did debugging on LT as follow:
1.As per our requirement we made schematic to flow data from B to A direction.
2.When disable these LT's the overall board current was <1mA, when we enabled LT's current consumption is around 8 to 9 mA, to overcome this we have placed pull down resistors(100k) at input side, even though issue remain same. so kindly please suggest how to reduce current consumption in LT's.


Note: As per schematic only we have done layout design.

All signals are unidirectional, so you could use a simple buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs, e.g., SN74LVC125A or SN74LVC3G34.

As for your problem: can you determine where exactly the current flows? VCCA or VCCB of which device?

CMOS inputs must never be left floating; B4 of U31 definitely needs a pull-down resistor (or a direct connection to GND). Might it be possible for any other input to have an invalid voltage (not at 0 V or 3.3 V)? Did you measure the actual voltages?

Is it possible that some outputs drive a load (such as a strong pull-up/-down)?

Why is the direction of the arrows at the EXT_WAKEUP_CAM2 signal different?

Thanks for your support, after connecting B4 to ground we got expected current of those LT's..
