TXB0108: output signal in 5v side not as prospected

Please show the schematic, including all components connected to the I/O lines.

SLAVE_D0 to SLAVE_D19 coming from ALTERA FPGA  3.3V.

This circuit is likely to violate the restrictions in sections 8.3.3 and 8.3.5 of the datasheet.

These restrictions imply that the TXB works well only for short distances on a single board.

If possible, you should use buffered translators like the SN74LVC8T245. (This is possible only if you have DIR signals.)

Without DIR signals, it might be possible to use the TXS0108E, but only if all devices have enough drive strength for the long traces, and if all signals can handle the pull-ups, and with limited speed (depending on the trace length).

In my case I have tried  the TXB0108 and TXS0108 also.

From my FPGA to  TXB0108 device I have about 10 cm in PCB + about 12 cm flat 80pin cable. 

About the direction must be bit by bit, so  I can't use direction signal.
