It could cause a problem that the LFX and HFX crystals are not placed on the PCB even though they are not being used within the program, since REFO and DCO are being used.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.  Yes, if the crystals are used by the software but not place on the board, then it will cause problems.  Most likely, the program will also stall/lock waiting for the FLL to latch but it can't since it won't have a reference source.
