There is a problem in some microcontrollers behave differently with the same program, some are restarting due to the watchdog that is configured, (the others work correctly). The program is actually very simple where there are interruptions to change the status of the LEDs and it is sent to low consumption, but it is not understood because only in some microcontrollers the watchdog is activated if they are exactly the same.
