Our customer is trying to download the symbol and footprint for the TMS5704357BZWTQQ1 from the page https://webench.ti.com/cad/dlbxl.cgi/TI_BXL/TMS570LC4357_ZWT_337.bxl using UltraLibrarian for Eagle 6+. Upon executing the script in Eagle 9.6, the symbols show up the library but the footprint does not. However, the suggested steps do not fix the issue and we would appreciate your help. Below is a screenshot of a blank eagle library after running the script:
