Hello Malav,
Have you tried installing the drivers from https://www.ti.com/tool/STELLARIS_ICDI_DRIVERS?
If so, how are you trying to do the installation?

Yes, I have. I plugged in the TM4C and went to device manager. Then tried to set "update drivers" and pointing the path to downloaded stellaris_icidi_drivers in the link you posted. Then I get the error message I posted a picture of.
Hello Malav,
Hm. From what I see, Windows Parallel is something that runs on Mac OS? I can't say I have any experience with that or any means to test what is occurring there. I think this is more of a Mac OS/Windows Parallel question about how to install device drivers. The ICDI drivers are tested to work on Windows 7 & Windows 10.
I would advice you to look through this thread as a community member, Andy, offered some ideas on what to look for to debug. In the end, the user had a different issue, but I think there may be useful information here for you: https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/arm-based-microcontrollers-group/arm-based-microcontrollers/f/arm-based-microcontrollers-forum/921260/ek-tm4c123gxl-issue-with-microcontroller-on-mac-os/3412618#3412618
One other thing to try is use a different USB cable as on occasion a bad USB cable can be the problem.
Beyond that unfortunately I won't be able to help further as we don't have access to any Macbook environments to try and replicate this on.
