We recently got Tiva C Series TM4C1294 launch pad kit. We have created our account in exosite and registered our launch pad kit with its Mac ID.
We have installed TivaWare_C_Series software available at software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html (SW-TM4C-2.1.3.156.exe). We have also installed USB software (SW-TM4C-USBL-2.1.3.156.exe) available at this link as per the user guide instructions.
Then, we followed the "Readmefirst.pdf" available at www.ti.com/.../spmz858.pdf. As per this, We have completed three steps successfully and we are trying to install Stellaris ICDI Drivers as per Step-4.
--------------------
Step-4: Connecting to the Virtual COM Port - The Debug USB Port provides debug and Virtual COM Port connectivity via the In-Circuit Debug Interface (ICDI). To use the Virtual COM port, install the Stellaris ICDI Drivers on your PC. The drivers and driver installation instructions can be found at www.ti.com/tool/stellaris_icdi_drivers. Once installed, you can view data from the quickstart application and troubleshoot using a terminal running at 115,200 baud, 8-N-1.
-------------------
We get the problem at this Step-4. While connecting the board, PC is not showing up any pop-ups that the board is connected. We are using Windows 10.0 OS. We are unable to find the proper installation guide for Windows 10.
How to install Stellaris ICDI Drivers in windows 10 OS and get started with SW development using CCS?
