TMS570LC4357: Generate Interrupt in nanosecond

Hai,

In my project I have to update time in nanosecond and microsecond, Is there any way to generate interrupt in nanosecond and microsecond?

Hi Manjunatha,

You can use RTI to generate compare interrupt in microsecond or hundreds nanoseconds.

If VCLK=110MHz, RTI clock=110MHz, the counter can be up to 55MHz

The minimum time could achieve to generate a interrupt using RTI module is 11us, is there any restrictions in generating the interrupt below 11us?, VCLK = 75Mhz is configured to achieve 11us"

You can use RTI to generate interrupt every 20ns rather than 11us.

Using N2HET is another option.
