Hi Team,
My customer has procured various versions of the TM4C123 controller due to the current allocation situation.
Among other things, it has now been noticed that controllers of version 6 are described as "unqualified Engineering Sample" DID1 registers.
They have the following questions:
1. Are all controllers that do not have 7 in the order code automatically version 6?
2. Are all controllers of version 6 produced as "unqualified engineering samples"?
3. Are the components declared as "unqualified engineering samples" excluded from sale?
4. The TI logo is printed on the chips. But there are also parts without TI logo. Is this a distinguishing feature that it is an engineering sample?
The problems with the EEPROM in version 6 are known and are circumvented with a workaround.
Register DID0, DID1 (Version 6)
Thanks
Jan
