The safeTI Diag Lib is not certified since standalone the library is meaningless, and It has to be integrated into the customer code and invoked by the customer's code. The Diag Lib development process complies with the safety standard and was certified.

No. The TMS570LS1114 device SIL3 and ASILD doesn't include the SW packages (SDL, HalCoGen, Flash APIs, etc).
