CCS 11.1 Fresh Install on Windows 10 Pro Buid 19044
McAfee Endpoint Security 10.7 installed by our IT Department (use is mandatory, non negotiable, unable to disable or tweak settings)
Core i9-8950HK 2.9GHz 6 Cores. 32GB Physical RAM, NVMe Storage.
Launching CCS 11.1 takes 16 Minutes from clicking on Icon to "Select Workspace" dialog appearing.
During this time McAfee Scanner Service and McAfee Thread Protection are both 10-12% CPU use. Not much other activity.
Once launched performance is okay but sometimes a bit laggy - right click menus occasionally take 5 seconds to appear.
This was also a problem with CCS 10.x and 11.0. No issues with other Non TI Eclipse based IDEs or other apps that use Java.
Is there anything we can do to help with this given that we cannot touch McAfee at all?
