AM2432: SPI INTERFACE

The SPI interface can support up to 50MHz data transfer rates in the AM243x device. Each instance of our SPI channels operate independently and should work fine running them simultaneously without observing any drops in transfer rate.

This also applies for running instances of MCU and MAIN MCSPI channels at the same time as they are the same IP just placed in a different domain in our device.

For more information please refer to section 12.1.4 Multichannel Serial Peripheral Interface (MCSPI) of our Technical Reference Manual for more information on the MCSPI peripheral.

Also we have a SysConfig based Pinmux tool that we suggest using to verify your particular use case and application.

I should clarify that SysConfig is the Pinmux Tool itself. Once launched and when the GUI is displayed you should be able to select the device from the drop-down menu, launch it, and the pinmux configurations will open for that device.
