LP-AM243: Ping-Pong DMA Buffer for ADC Continuous Reading

Hey, I spoke with another TI member earlier about this, I was searching for a ping-pong DMA buffer example for the LPAM243 so that I can have continuous ADC readings, with an ISR once the current ping pong buffer fills.

Hopefully there is some example in the upcoming releases of the MCU+SDK, thank you.

Hi Dylan,

I am still waiting for the response from the software team on this thread: (+) LP-AM243: ADC Continuous Conversion Buffering? - Arm-based microcontrollers forum - Arm-based microcontrollers - TI E2E support forums. At this point, there is no such example existing in MCU+ SDK. I will keep on checking? Since you asked the same question in above thread, can I close that one and keep this one?

Yeah you can close it, I just wanted a dedicated thread so its easier to find when there is an answer or if someone else is looking for a similar thing.

Like Dylan, I'm also interested to get a working example for an DMA buffer reading from the ADC set up in a continuous mode. Is such an example available now on the latest MCU+SDK release. If not, when do you think we will have one available?

Hi Mike,

As I said in the previous post, there is no such example in current MCU+ SDK, There is a JIRA ticket pending for this example. We will let you know when it is available.
