TM4C129ENCZAD: USB port opening procedure

  I'm not very clear as to what is your application regarding TM4C129ENCZAD. Do you want to use it as a XDS110 emulator? If this is what you are looking for then please go through the user manual and the above post I replied. 

  If you are using the AWR1642 development board that has a TM4C129 device on it and you want to reprogram the firmware then you don't need to update the bootloader. In your screenshot you are showing the device is already in DFU mode. Is this the TM4C129 on the AWR1692 board or this is a virgin TM4C129 device?

  As in the other post I answered you, please specify AWR1843 on the part number field when you open a new post. Your question will be better supported by our radar team. 

  Since I have no knowledge on AWR1843 and the EVM for it, I can only answer purely from the TM4C129 MCU perspective. Looking at your schematic, you only have USB hook connection. If you want to use TM4C1129 as a XDS110 emulator then you need to have JTAG access to it. The JTAG access will allow you download the bootloader. Once the bootloader is running, it can load the XDS110 firmware. I pasted the instructions before and show it again here. As you can see in step 1, you must connect to TM4C129 using JTAG connection. This is missing in your schematic. Since you have a virgin TM4C129, you must also do step 3 which is first flash the bootloader onto the MCU at address 0x0. Once the bootloader is programmed to the virgin device, it can accept new firmware such as follows. With all that said, please open a new post with the part number for AWR1843 as they may have other suggestions.
