MSP432E401Y: Question about PMIC config about TDA4VM

Part Number: MSP432E401Y
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SCALABLE-PMIC-GUI, TDA4VM

Hello Expert.

Currently , I am checking PMIC NVM config of TDA4VM by Scalable-PMIC-GUI and TI LaunchPad.
I have question about GPIO8_CONF of PMIC NVM config.

After startup of TDA4VMEVM , I checked voltage of VDD_ALT_PHYCORE_0V8 was 0.8V(active).

According to circuit diagram , it is controlled by EN_PHYCORE_LDO of GPIO8 on PMIC-B (TPS659411 I2CAddr:0x4C).

When I read GPIO8_CONF(0x38) of PMIC-B , the value is 0x00.

Q1 . I don't know why the VDD_ALT_PHYCORE_0V8 is activated even if GPIO8_CONF set to law.
Could you tell me how to activate it?
