MCU-PLUS-SDK-AM243X: SYSCONFIG->PCIE-> Lower Base Address

Hi Onur,

The Lower Base Address and Upper Base Address is used for configuring the outbound ATU. The Lower Target Address and Upper Target Address are used for configuring inbound ATU in Pcie_open().

The J7ES and J7VCL have similar PCIe IP with AM243x PCIe.
