AM2634: MCAL driver I2C

Hello

We have the Mcal Version MCAL_AM263x_00.09.00_03. We are now testing the Cdd I2C driver. When we run the I2C example code for the module I2C0 the output is as expected (see below):

When we change module of the I2C Driver to I2C2 Module the software is hanging. See Picture below:

the place, where the code is hanging is shown below:

Those changes are also made in the cfg files in both in port and i2c:

Could you help me further? It seems to be that it has a simple solution. I use the Eval board for the AM263 CC

Hi,

I have checked with the MCAL team, please note that this CDD I2C was hard coded to be used with the I2C0 instance and we're having a entire I2C re-design of the driver which will be included in the future releases. Please refrain from using other instances apart from I2C0 for now. Apologies for the inconvinience.

Hi,

As of now, the timelines hasn't been fixed on this yet, we're foreseeing it to be part of next release however the I don't have an approx date on top of my head. A crude timeline could be around a couple of months later, however this is not final too. I should have an approx deadline may be after few weeks.
