Is there details info about RPRC file format like below picture? Below is another thread about similar questions while I could not open the link suggested in the thread, and I'm not sure if AM263X RPRC is the same as other device.

Could you help check with tools team to get details? Thanks a lot!

I just find the RPPC introduction application notes based on AWR1642 device, if this format is the same as AM2634, we could close this ticket, thanks!
