RM57L843: How to add fault injection into SRAM/Flash diagnostic library functions

Part Number: RM57L843

Now we need to use Safe TI diagnostic library to do MCU selftest, but not find the fault injection option within related diagnostic libraries for RM57Lx chips.

If just R4 devices support fault injection, how can R5 devices support fault injection?

Can you give a guidance on how to add fault injection into SRAM/Flash diagnostic library functions for RM57Lx?

Hi Shenruming,

The SDL includes an example for RM57Lx device.

The procedure for calling "SL_SelfTest_Flash" and SL_SelfTest_SRAM for RM57Lx is given in below thread, so please have a look.

Hi Jagadish,

The example you post can not provide the answer for question"how to inject fault into diagnostic functions for RM57L843".

It seems that the functions do not implement fault injection for RM57Lx device.

I am also discussing with QJ about this issue, i am waiting for his response on this, but as you created a new thread and it got allocated to QJ right, so it will be redundant thread.
