I found "PROFINET®, IO-Link® for order" in a "Features" page of AM263x datasheet.
What is the exact meaning of it?
And I found "Pre-integrated Stacks" in a "Device Naming Convention" page of AM263x datasheet.
I can not find its explanations also.
Do these mean that I should choose the device with pre-integrated stacks features for using the Profinet protocol?

I found "PROFINET, IO-Link
We currently do not have support for Profinet and IO LINK on our AM263x devices. It is in the roadmap. We do not have a concrete schedule yet. I willlet you know once we have it ready.
What is the exact meaning of it?
As you can see in the orderable part number section of data sheet, In order to use features such as EtherCAT, CANFD and pre integrated stack you have spoecific part number which have these features enabled. So you can order a part number with pre integrated stack, it will have these functionality supported on the device, other part number will not have these available.

In addition to the 3rd party stack with TI ICSS firmware model we will support a full SW stack for selected protocols from TI. It is SW that will run on part numbers with F and will be supported by TI, see https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/process/posts/compact-precise-connected-increase-productivity-with-intelligent-edge-computing for a little more information.

Yes, its correct. But we do not have support for profinet yet on am263x. If you want to evaluate you can use our device am243x: www.ti.com/.../AM2434
