Thanks for writing to us. CDD IPC to communicate with Linux for mcu1_0 the current examples are not working as expected and internal ticket is also raised to fix this issue.It is will be part of upcoming SDK version 9.1.Sorry for the inconvenience.Only the examples have limitation driver files will work as expected.

CDD IPC app linux is currently working on J721E platform.

we don't currently have working demo for you to show the communication with A72 from any R5 core in J721S2 MCAL.You can refer the FAQ

In MCAL, it is going to be part of next SDK version only for j721s2. MCAL-12861 is the internal ticket
