How does EIP Adapter/LP-AM243 proactively report Fault Frame to PLC Scanner?

Customer refer the example and eds files as below:

Could you please show us API Interface function for reporting frames or actively sending data to PLC Scanner?

Its not clear to us what is the ask here. do you have any reference from customer on this.
