I am getting ready to make significant changes to TM4C TI-RTOS based network device - adding HTTPS and MQTT. I decided to install the latest CCS 12.5. The CCS 12.5 seems to be pushing me to use FreeRtos and mbedTLS. The product was originally developed with CCS7.3. The under CCS7.3 the provided stack TI-RTOS and WolfSSL.
Is TI-RTOS a dead end? The next time I update the processor am I likely to find new processors featuring TI-RTOS?
