MSPM0L1306: Development tool (CCS-THEIA 1.2.0) problem feedback

Hi，

I have customers testing this chip and reporting problems with several M0 development tools (CCS-THEIA 1.2.0).

The development board used is LP-MSPM0L1306.

1. The development board is no longer automatically detected;

2. The XDS110 firmware cannot be automatically updated using CCS. The update fails on macOS and cannot be detected using xdsdfu;

3. After the preceding problem occurs, switch to Windows 11, and the CCS cannot be updated, but the latest version can be upgraded using the command line tool;

3. out_of_box This code import, compile can pass, can not run up.

macOS used to be able to do a simple one.

Today, after upgrading to 1.2.0, xds110 cannot be debug.
