J721EXCP01EVM does not always power up.

If it does power up, does not connect via Serial/Debug.

If serial/debug is connected,, it is only temporarily

I need to send J721EXCP01EVM for repair

If you would like us to help you resolve why the board does not come up, we would need details to the queries asked on the above thread.
